Statement by Larry Fail.
It is my opinion that the covert author and/or person behind the drafting and Emailing of the “Death Threat Notice on Life of Larry Fail and Extortion Demand”,
Is my alienated brother Ivan Lee Fail. An Investigation may or may not reveal this to be the case. Ivan Lee Fail is a retired Correctional Officer of the United States Department of Prisons. My reasoning for this opinion rising to a level of probable cause is as follows. A lifelong state of obsession with, and animosity towards, and resentment of Larry Fail by Ivan Lee Fail on a level bordering on mental instability has existed for reasons unknown to Larry Fail that make any sense.
The timing of the Email notice dated 11/16/2007 falls within the same time frame of two threatening letters mailed to my attorney Ted Knopp on 03/22/06 and my attorney Kurt Kluin on 09/07/07. Additionally during the time in question Larry Fail was the Plaintiff and Ivan Lee Fail was one of the Defendants in Wilson County Kansas District Case No. CV 2006 CV 25 filed in early 2006.

Now listen,i will arrange for us to see face to face but before that i need the amount of $10,000.00 from you, you have nothing to be afraid of.I will be coming to see you in your office or home determine where you wish we meet,do not set any camera to cover us or set up any tape to record our conversation,my employer is in my control now,You will need to pay me $7, 000.00 advance,before we will set our first meeting,after you have make the first advance payment ,i will give you the tape that contains his request for me to terminate you, which will be enough evidence for you to take him to court(if you wish to), then the balance of $3000.00 will be paid later depending on our agreement when we meet.
You don't need my phone contact for now till am assured you are ready to comply good.
